This holiday home complex is a special one in many ways. Primarily it should be noted the great size and quality of the building which meets the needs of guests who come in large numbers. The property is located in the eastern part of Istria where are numerous Mountain bike paths, not far from the Ucka mountin (15km). The house A consist of 2 floors. On the 1.st floor are 5 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The rooms are individually air conditioned, in some of the rooms there is possibilities for extra beds. The ground floor consist of a huge area without walls where is a large kitchen and dining room, siting area with Satellite TV, playroom with billiards, table football, darts, PlayStation etc.
The house B consist of 3 bedrooms on the 1 floor, one with en suite bathroom and 2 rooms with common bathroom. On the high ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living room with satellite TV and an open terrace. The house is equipped with air-condition one for the rooms on the 1 floor and the other in the living room.
Land is completely fenced. Environment is quiet and will certainly provide a quality vacation.
