This page will guide you through basic functionalities of BeeRent.
As much as you have since BeeRent is limitless when it comes to property number!
Yes it is! BeeRent is already a main platform for many large Property Managers that manage from 200 to 3500 properties. If you are a Property Manager with more than 50 properties, contact us so we can arrange a dedicated Account Manager for you.
To create a new account go to Register or Sign in
Fill in the requested informations. Verify your new account in three steps with:
Most of you need to verify your account on any portal like Booking.com, AirBnB or HomeAway. With BeeRent you verify your account and ownership once and after that you can share your properties on any portal.
On Account settings you will find all the fields you need to fill in. Update all informations in fields: Login data, Owner data, User data and Document upload
Login data: here you can change your login data
Owner data: If you are a home owner and you manage your own properties, fill in the form with your own information. If you are a Travel Agency, fill in the company details.
User data: here you insert your User profile information
Document upload: upload documents (up to 5 files) with maximum size of 1Mb and in supported format (JPG or PDF)
Follow these steps for better understanding where to start when you login to BeeRent for the first time. Each of this steps are explained below in details:
Supplier is a person who gives you the right to sell their properties. Why do we have this section if you are the only person who sells and also owns the property?
Because Property Managers and Online Travel Agencies (OTA) do not own, they sell in behalf of the owners and they need to create the property and link it with the supplier.
Also, if you decide to add a new property that you do not own (e.g. an apartment of your neighbor) in BeeRent, then you create a supplier (home owner who gave you the right to sell their properties).
If you have one or more apartments, rooms, studios in one Property (House, Hotel), you create the property, after which you create one or few apartments, rooms, studios within this property. That way you have created a property complex with one or few units in it after which you fill in the fields (prices, amenities, calendar...) under unit level.
Example:
if you have two or more apartments at one adress within the same house, you will create one property and within that property you will create two new units which you name apartments or studios, etc. Each of those two units will have their own description, amenities, calendars, prices, reservations etc.
The same way you will create multiple property complexes under one account.
BeeRent is completely connected to sales channels.
That means you create and manage your property within BeeRent and the system takes care of sales channels you choose to be connected with.
Your every update of the property (e.g. description, prices, availability) is automatically pushed to sales channels and when you receive a reservation from any connected sales channels, your property will be automatically closed for sale on other sales channels.
The answer to that question is yes of course!
It is as simple as adding your property to BeeRent and connect it to our channel manager within your Booking.com extranet.
From that moment on, you will manage everything from BeeRent.
Our platform allows sales channels to create reservations for your properties without any pre-approval from your end.
This means that the guest simply come to the sales channel, click to create a booking and the reservation is created within both BeeRent and sales channel.
Once the booking is created, platform automatically closes calendars of the property at hand on all other sales channels.
BeeRent is available for everyone but the properties must be situated in one of the following countries:
Croatia, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Slovenia, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Spain, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Belgium, Ireland, UK, Switzerland, France, Denmark, Portugal, Romania, Bosnia, Luxemburg.
